The development in AI has made us rethink whether human skills are strong enough to sustain and compete against artificial intelligence and robots.

AI and robots have made dramatic adverse impacts on human employability, critical thinking, and skills that were unique to humans. However, the solution will slow down the pace of human replacement. While human capital investment is one of the keys to stop AI and robots from replacing humans.
The adoption of AI and robots is favorable when it is an economical alternative for any company, which is into manufacturing or into any other sector where the skill is highly demanded, and it is more expensive to hire any employee with such skills. However, AI and robots are saving the lives of humans by doing hazardous work. A company might not consider hiring a human if the product and service cannot be produced at a profitable rate than the best alternative is to adopt AI and robots so a company can make a desirable profit and satisfy its stakeholders. The factors contributing to the rapid employment of AI and robots are human limitations and those are easily overcome by AI and robots. Furthermore, the significant drop in the price of the computers because of low production cost plus a better balance between supply and demand for the computers, the extensive acceptance of the Internet and the digitization at the workplace.
The biggest hurdle of any company is a capital investment, with a decline in technological cost start-ups prefer to use advanced AI and cloud computing. AI is flexible, which can be designed, commanded, and trained as per the requirement that can replace an expert, which makes AI a cheaper option. For example, in the nuclear power plant, the waste produced from the nuclear reactor is still radioactive, which is very hazardous to humans. Furthermore, robots do not have any reaction to radioactive substances and will not lead to dangerous consequences.
In other words, it can save human lives by limiting exposure to such places, which are radioactive and harmful to humans. This type of development can be useful to humans rather than capitalized industries where the employment of AI and robots has created fear in humans, as well as the cardinal cause of job loss.
Every invention, development, innovation, and discovery done by humans has been always the most devastating for humans and the planet. The development in AI and robots has made it possible for humans to be replaced by AI and robots at the workplace, which has ultimately contributed to the rise in unemployment of humans. Furthermore, the most affected are the blue-collar worker who majorly perform manual labor and posses low-skill, because an AI and a robot can do better, moreover, the impact of AI and robots can be seen on the wages, which are adversely affected.
Additionally, people are terrified of being replaced by AI and robots at the workplace as the format of the job will change in near future, which might lead to the failure to retain jobs and a rise in unemployment. However, AI and robots are in the development stage and further learning, research, and development are needed in this field to safeguard the real-world use of AI and robots, as a result, it would not harm humans. For example, the carpenter who is using their skills and to carve with their hands that patent can be unique to another human hand; however, that same patent can be made by any of the robot arms within minutes; Generative Pre-trained Transformation-3 (GPT-3) is one of the AI technology, which can learn any language and it is capable of producing human-like text.
However, before the development of GPT-3, this skill was unique to humans.
The government has the authority and power which can prevent lots of job loss and can increase human capital investment thus, the skills of people get more recognized, useful and cannot be replaced by AI or robots in the future. In addition, human capitalization should be the point of focus, so humans will be prioritized at the organizational level.
For example, the government should impose taxes for the capitalization of industries, introduce a new taxation system for automation, and should make mandatory reservations for humans, which can bring a balance between the employment of humans. The use of AI and robots is inevitable; however, it is controllable, if the governance is fair, active, responsive, and prioritizing human capital investments.

The leaders and the governments should actively decide how to slow down the pace of human replacement and to bring balance between the employment of humans and AI at the workplace.
The innovations done in AI and robots should not affect human employment to a very large extent; to make it possible the industries should avoid automation of industries to a very large extension. Humans have made life easy with the use of AI and robots, but the consequences of this are more devastating and might lead to human replacement.
